All UK standard deliveries are 3-5 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays). Some outlying postcodes may take a little longer.
Once your order is picked and packed you will receive a text message / e-mail from Graham & Brown and then a text message / e-mail from our courier confirming collection and tracking number for your order.
Next Day Delivery
The next day delivery service applies on orders placed before 12 noon.
If you order on Monday – Friday before 12 noon, you will receive your order on the next working day.
If you order on Monday – Friday after 12 noon, you will receive your order within 2 working days.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
We are unable to offer next day delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
How can I track my order?
All UK orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided by DPD and will need to be tracked on the DPD website.
How much will delivery cost?
We offer FREE UK Standard delivery on orders over £60.00.
Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days.
For orders below £60 the delivery cost is £4.50.
Next day delivery costs £6.95. Order by 12 Noon for next working day delivery.
Delivery of wallpaper samples is FREE.
How will wallpaper samples be delivered?
All wallpaper samples are FREE delivery to the UK and will be posted out to you and delivered in the 3-5 working day timescale, unfortunately we cannot provide tracking information for sample orders.
What time will my order be delivered if I use UK Standard Delivery?
DPD aim to complete all deliveries in 3-5 working days, delivery can take place any time between Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm.
Deliveries within Europe are delivered by DPD.
How much will my delivery cost?
€10/£10 - Selected European Countries including Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
From £10 - Other European countries
Deliveries to Australia come from our UK warehouse and are shipped using UPS
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at $40 per parcel.
We offer international delivery with UPS from the UK to over a 100 international destinations.
How much will my international delivery cost?
Cost of delivery is from £20, delivery charge is dependant on the destination.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use DPD for our European deliveries and UPS for the Rest of World, once we have dispatched your item DPD/UPS will contact you via email and provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcels progress or organise re-delivery of your parcel.
Will I pay import fees, duties and taxes on my order?
All delivery destinations selected outside of the UK may be subject to the local import fees, duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives into your choosen country. All applicable charges for custom clearance will be payable by the parcel recipient.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country selected for delivery, it is your responsability to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for delivery in your selected country. Delays maybe caused if you do not accept this responsability.
Upon receipt of our items
All orders are checked at our premises before they are dispatched to ensure that they meet our high quality of standards. Once your product is delivered please check your products for colour, design, quality and any imperfections (all wallpaper should be checked before being cut, once the wallpaper has been cut we are un-able to accept return of the item).
