Next day deliveries will be received the next full working day after your order is placed. No orders will be delivered on Sundays or on a Bank Holiday.
If your order contains wallpaper and paint, you may receive these items separately. Items that are dispatched separately will not incur an additional delivery charge.
We offer FREE delivery on all sample orders, expected delivery is 3-5 working days. Unfortunately we cannot provide tracking information for sample orders.
Please note: All samples will arrive separately to other product types. Tester pots and fabric samples will arrive separately to other sample types.
As bespoke murals are made to order, they will take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
As all of our Curtains and Blinds are made to order, they will take 10-15 working days to be delivered.

All orders (excluding sample orders) can be tracked using the tracking number provided on the DPD website.
If you supply us with your mobile number & email address, we will notify you with a ONE HOUR delivery time slot, so you can go about your day and not have to wait in for your delivery.
You can also arrange delivery to your local DPD Pick up shop via the DPD App.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our delivery timescales as up to date as possible, there are occasions where delays may occur which are beyond our control.
For this reason, please ensure that you have your products in your possession and inspected before booking a decorator.
Often decorators will charge a cancellation fee, unfortunately we would be unable to consider reimbursing any costs in this situation.
Please note that any approved remakes will be shipped to the original shipping address provided at the time of order. We cannot accommodate requests to ship remakes to a different country or address. All remakes or exchanges must be sent to the original address to prevent fraud or errors.
