Waste plastic bottles are cleaned and converted into flakes.
These flakes are then shaped into chips through a speciliazed process.
The chips undergo a secondary procedure where they are turned into fibers. Fibers are spun into yarn readying them for the creating of material.
The yarn is woven into fabric completing the transformation from waste to usable material.
