International Returns

You may cancel your order up to 14 working days, starting from the day after you receive the products, in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish to cancel prior to delivery please inform our customer service team as early as possible, however if the order has already been processed it may not be possible to cancel delivery.

You are liable for the returns of your order and should be returned to us in a saleable condition. All returns need to be done within 30 days of receipt of goods (this policy is extended to 90 days for any orders placed from 22/03/20 - 22/06/20), unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

Please Note: that we are unable to accept returns for any Paint (including Tester Pots), Wallpaper Samples and Bespoke Mural orders, as these items are made to order, please contact us at Graham & Brown Support and we can let you know the best way to dispose of these items.


Cancelling Orders

Unfortunately we can't stop the delivery of goods once your payment has been confirmed, however all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by either contacting us in writing and/or by sending us a message at Graham & Brown Support. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Graham & Brown, and we will refund the monies as soon as possible within 14 working days.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at Graham & Brown Support and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.

All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 30 days (this policy is extended to 90 days for any orders from the 20/03/20).
