Ground orders will be processed within 48 hours and then shipped via FedEX.

Please note that orders over $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders processed BEFORE 12:00pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday will be shipped that same day.

Samples

Samples are shipped free of charge via UPS Mail Innovations and can take 2-3 business days to process and 7-10 business days to be received.

Order Processing

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times.

Upon Receipt

All goods are stringently checked at our premises before shipping to ensure they meet our high-quality standards, and orders will be shipped with the same batch number, to ensure colors match exactly. However, please check all products for color, design and quality, or imperfections.

With wallpaper these things must be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We will not refund any amount of money for labor spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.
