We are taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously at Graham and Brown and as the situation continues to change rapidly, I wanted to let you know that the safety of our customers, colleagues and partners worldwide are our highest priority and I feel it’s important to share some of the steps we’re taking to keep things running as normal as possible for you our customers.
We are paying close attention to developments and revising our plans as we get new information and advice from the Government and World Health Organisation.
Our distribution centre currently remains open and is operating to an increased level of hygiene standards and our office teams are working from home wherever possible,
We’re still open on grahambrown.com and across our social channels. We’re here for you if you want to shop, browse or just need a bit of colour and design inspiration, or decorative advice. We even have a visualiser App that is quite fun to play with and plan redecorating your home.
The Graham & Brown team are still working hard, crafting wallpaper and paint and ensuring you still have the tools to complete your projects you are about to undertake. We are committed to getting your deliveries to you and are working with our delivery partners to make deliveries contactless.
We want to be there for you, just as you have been for us. To help make things a little easier, we’re adapting our online policy to increase the times to return any goods from 30 up to 90 days after purchase (excluding custom made products).
