Free UK Returns

If for any reason you need to return your purchase then this can be arranged FREE OF CHARGE by using Asda toyou or DPD pickup shop, simply use the returns label provided with your delivery.

All returns need to be done within 30 days of receipt of goods, unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

You refund will be with you within 14 working days of your return reaching us.

ASDA Returns

If you would like to make your return via ASDA toyou please follow the link provided below; you will be able to generate a QR code or print a label that will allow you to make your return free of charge.

Write your name & order number on the label

Attach label to your parcel

Take your parcel to Asda

Drop off your parcel at the sign posted to a returns point or hand to a colleague

DPD Returns

1. Find the DPD 'Return your Parcel' label that came with your parcel

2. Complete the label including your order number (this is vital as without it we can't tie up your order to your return)

3. Stick on the outside of the box.

4. Visit to find your nearest store and drop off your parcel.

5. Please ensure that you get a receipt so that you and we can track your return.

If you do have any questions you can contact us either by emailing us or call 0808 168 3795 (Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat-Sun 10am-4pm), if you could include your order number on any communication that would be very much appreciated.

For info the Returns Label will look a little like the one below, if you don't receive one in your parcel then please use the contact details above to request a new one.

Once we receive your parcel, we will refund your account within 14 working days after receipt of the parcel.

Please Note: it is important that the above process is followed for all product returns, any returns received outside of this process will delay any refunds and may be returned to you without a refund being processed.

Additional Information

Cancelling Orders

If you have placed an order and it has not yet been processed, you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team on 0808 168 3795 (Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat-Sun 10am-4pm). If you order has been processed, unfortunately we cannot stop the items being delivered. However, all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This does however EXCLUDE those items which are customised or made to order which currently covers ALL Paints (including tester pots), Wallpaper Samples and Murals.

To cancel an order that has been shipped, you can contact us in writing and/or by sending us a message at Graham & Brown Support. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Graham & Brown, and we will refund the monies as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days.

Please note, as all of our Curtains and Blinds are made to order, to your exact specifications, we can only offer a 48 hour cancellation period. If you wish to cancel your order, simply contact us at Graham & Brown Support. within 48 hours of ordering and choose the Made to Order Cancellation option, then we will cancel and refund this for you. It is not possible to cancel your order after the 48 hours have passed.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at Graham & Brown Support and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.

All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days.
