Delivery Conditions
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, Graham and Brown Inc.’s offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and the orders will be processed and despatched during these times.  This means that the average delivery time will be between 5 and 7 working days from order.

The minimum delivery charge on any order (excluding the wallpaper sample service) is dependent on state you live in.   Delivery charges are calculated on weight of the goods ordered, and split into the following zones for the US, for a 10lb parcel.

Upon Receipt
All goods are stringently checked at our premises before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, please check all product for color, design and quality, or imperfections.  With wallpaper these things must be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will NOT accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product.  We will NOT refund any amount of money for labor spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on wallpaper samples.

All goods are stringently checked at our premises before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, if you receive damage goods then contact customerservices@grahambrownusa.com - please retain the damaged product at this stage.

We would recommend ordering a sample of the paper you want, but if you do wish to return items that you have decided you do not want then you must return them as new, unused and with the original packaging at your own expense, within 30 days of receipt.

We will then charge a return to stock fee of 25% (unless defective), and then refund the cost of the goods.  We will not refund the initial cost of despatch.
