    Extended Delivery Times (27/07/2015 - 04/08/2015)

    Delivery timescales are currently extended to up to 10 working days – this is due to an upgrade to our warehouse and order management systems, we apologise for any inconvenience but we will be back up and running normally as soon as possible, the upgrade will take place between 27/07/2015 until 04/08/2015 if your order was placed between these dates please bear with us and you will receive your tracking information as soon as your order has been picked. 

    All deliveries will be affected, including sample orders.

    UK Deliveries - will be received in up to 10 working days

    International Deliveries - delivery will take an additional 10 working days to the timescales listed below

    Apologies again but these improvements are vital in order for us to continue to offer our customers the best possible service in the future.

    UK Deliveries

    We are offering FREE standard UK delivery via DPD on all orders during our system upgrades as a thank you for your patience during the extended delivery times.

    Items will be delivered in up to 10 working days. Orders to some outlying UK postcodes may take a little longer.

    We'll keep you informed, you'll receive an email once your parcel is collected from us, you'll also receive an email containing your tracking information so you can track your parcel or rearrange your delivery directly with the courier. 

    Sample delivery timescales are as above. Please Note - sample orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail so you will receive NO tracking information for these items.

    International Deliveries

    We offer international delivery with UPS from the UK to over 50 international destinations.

    Delivery charges are based upon country of delivery:

    €5/£5 for selected European Countries - Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, Serbia: 
    £9 for Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Czech Rep, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Slovenia, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria, Moldova, Georgia, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt: 
    £20 for Rest of World (everything outside of the above list)

    Delivery times vary based upon the delivery country, indicative delivery times are provided below, please be aware that the below timescales will be extended by 10 working days between 28/07/15 and 04/08/15:

    Europe - 5 - 6 working days
    Russia - 10 - 20 working days (currently)
    Rest of World - 6 - 10 working days

    All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Any applicable fees, duties and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance will be payable by you the orderer.

    Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are to be delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the importation of the products you order is permitted in the country you specify for delivery. This may cause delay in delivery to you for which we do not accept any responsibility.

    Upon Receipt

    All goods are stringently checked at our premises before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, please check all product for colour, design and quality, or imperfections.

    Wallpaper should be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We cannot refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.

    It remains your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is able to accept delivery of the items.

    We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
