Think outside the box
I'm so happy with the finished results. I decided to hang it horizontally and to make this easier, ( the room is 6m x 6m ) didn't paste the paper but pasted the wall instead. G&B don't recommend this but it worked. I then rolled up the long lengths of wallpaper, reverse side upper most and using a spirit level line, applied to the wall using a damp cloth to smooth it out. The top row was tricky, as I had to use several steps ladders. I also reversed the pattern direction, from right to left, over a window, so it feels as if you are in a cherry tree, full of fragrant blossom. It matched seamlessly. The room is clean and fresh, with a chinoiserie feel, complimented by grey panelling and Schumacher Chiang Mai curtains in smoke, with a Paris pink trim.

Absolutely gorgeous!
I bought this for my half bath and fell absolutely in love with it. The texture and depth is very elegant looking. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
