Anxiety inducing but all well in the end.
I bought the wrong finish when I first painted the walls finding scuffs it marks couldn’t be removed without making the mark worse. So I bought the tougher finish and repainted the walls last weekend. I painted straight onto the marked surfaces. And the new paint got sucked up very quickly and dried such that it was quite hard to see where I’d painted and where was till to be done. So I got through a lot of paint for what were two walls only.
It turned out I’d missed only a patch about six inches square and painted it in. It dried invisible to this perfect but perfect matt finish.
So, if you find yourself in this situation, be assured it is covering perfectly, is a little greedy, but be methodical in how you keep track of what you’ve painted and you won’t go wrong. And if you do go wrong and miss a bit, you will be able to see it and patch it in successfully. All very good indeed but with these caveats.

GOES on like a dream
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and 2 coats glided on and it looks fantastic, it’s actually quite economical as a little goes a long way as the pigmentation is so good.
