Returning your Order

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase and if you have any queries or questions regarding your order then please don't hesitate to contact us at Graham & Brown Support and we will be happy to assist. If you still wish to cancel your order you have up to 14 working days, starting from the day you receive your order. If you have just placed your order and wish to try and cancel prior to delivery please inform our customer service team as early as possible and we will try our utmost to arrange that for you, however if the order has already been processed it won't be possible to cancel delivery. We would then ask you to accept the order and return it using the below process, please note you are liable for arranging the return of your order and it should be returned to us in the condition you received it in including all external packaging on all items.

 

Cancelling Orders

 

Our processes and systems are automated and our warehouse works 24 hours a day so unfortunately we can't stop the delivery of goods once your payment has been confirmed, however all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by contacting at Graham & Brown Support and we will confirm the correct return address for you. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Graham & Brown, and we will refund you order as soon as possible within the following 14 working days, please also note that the goods will be checked on receipt that they are still in a saleable condition and we will inform you if there are any issues with this.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at your earliest convenience at Graham & Brown Support and we will put this right as quickly as possible.  

Please note that all faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 30 days, so please check your items as soon as you receive them, we understand that you may not be using them immediately but the sooner we are aware of any issue the quicker we can resolve that for you.
