Roselle Grove honours a design tradition and process that began with Indian artisans in the 16th century. Using hand painted and block printing techniques with local dyes on cotton cloth, these makers created vivid floral gardens and botanical motifs that captivated Europe before arriving in Britain.
This paper looks so beautiful in the lounge of my edwardian flat. It reflects the light and lifts a west facing room on a dull winter day bringing a gorgeous shimmer. I've used it on 3 of the four walls contrasting with paint in the alcoves and fireplace wall and it cocoons the room beautifully.
