Cancelling Orders

All customers have 30 days to cancel their order. This can be done by either contacting us in writing and/or at the following email address customerservice@grahambrownusa.com customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Graham & Brown, and we will refund the money as soon as possible. A 25% restocking feel will be assessed.

Other Returns

Returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any money. We will do so within a reasonable time period, usually 30 days, and will always inform you of our decision.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on samples. All returns should be sent to the address below (please quote your order number on all returns):
