Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm so orders will only be processed during these times. Expedited orders accepted BEFORE 12:00pm will be shipped that same day, however orders accepted AFTER 12:00pm will be shipped the following business day.
Orders will normally be processed within 3 working days and then shipped via UPS (UPS Ground, 2Day Air, Next Day Air), and in accordance with their current rates and charges. These charges are automatically charged on this basis at the checkout so please ensure they are acceptable before placing your order.
All goods are stringently checked at our premises before shipping to ensure they meet our high quality standards. However, please check all products for color, design and quality, or imperfections.
With wallpaper these things must be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We will not refund any amount of money for labor spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.
