We try to keep our delivery options as simple as possible.
All UK deliveries are charged a flat fee of £3.95
for standard delivery via DPD.
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, orders to all destinations on the UK mainland will be delivered within 3 working days of us receiving your order.
Orders to other destinations may take slightly longer and will be dependent on postcode.
Sample deliveries are as above, except that the samples will be dispatched by first class post.
We offer international delivery with UPS from the UK to over 50 international destinations.

£9 per order for Czech Rep, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Slovenia, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria, Moldova, Georgia, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt:
£20 per order for Rest of World (everything outside of the above list)

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Any applicable fees, duties and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance will be payable by you the orderer.
Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are to be delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the importation of the products you order is permitted in the country you specify for delivery. This may cause delay in delivery to you for which we do not accept any responsibility.
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm so orders will only be processed during these times.
All goods are stringently checked at our premises before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, please check all product for colour, design and quality, or imperfections.
Wallpaper should be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We cannot refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.
It remains your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is able to accept delivery of the items.
We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
