All products featured allow best reproduction of colour and design that the electronic representation allows.

Delivery Conditions
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.  Orders will normally be processed within 5 working days and then despatched on a next day service via UK Business Post, and in accordance with their current rates and charges.

These charges are automatically charged on this basis at the checkout.

Sampling office is as above, except that the samples will be dispatched by second class post.

In the UK, Graham & Brown accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Solo and Electron only.

Upon Receipt
All goods are stringently checked at our premises before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, please check all product for colour, design and quality, or imperfections.  With wallpaper these things must be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will NOT accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product.  We will NOT refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these wallpapers.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on wallpaper samples.

All goods are stringently checked at our premises before despatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, if you receive damage goods then contact help.is@grahambrown.com  - please retain the damaged product at this stage.

We would recommend ordering a sample of the paper you want, but if you do wish to return items that you have decided you do not want then you must return them as new, unused and with the original packaging at your own expense, within 30 days of receipt. 

We will then charge a return to stock fee of 25% (unless defective), and then refund the cost of the goods.  We will not refund the initial cost of despatch.
