The bathroom is a place to enjoy some quiet time getting ready in the morning and a space to relax in the evening soaking in the tub. The bathroom is the hub of activity in any home. It may be one of the smallest rooms in the house but doesn’t mean it can’t have magazine style good looks…
Here are some recommendations on how to decorate your bathroom practically whilst ensuring it looks great.
Don’t be afraid to use wallpaper in your bathroom, just make sure you have a good extraction fan and decorate the walls that are not likely to be in direct contact with water.
Here at Graham & Brown we have a functional product to provide the solution, Contour Wallpaper. This is range of Kitchen and Bathroom wallpaper that is designed to be splash proof. The Contour Anti-Bacterial range also includes an antibacterial formula which offers you protection from bacteria and a durable wipe clean surface.
also from the Contour Anti-Bac range is an elegant floral with beautiful birds in a subtle white colour way with metallic silver embellishments adding a bit of glitz and glam to your walls.
from the Contour range is a mosaic tile effect wallpaper with subtle hints of shimmer creating a sophisticated and stylish feel to a small scale tile effect design. It is contemporary and eye catching.
The following wallpapers are not apart of the contour range but still can be used on walls away from direct water and would create a fantastic feel to any bathroom.
This is a quirky design that would stand out from all the other rooms in your house. Loo Loo

A beautiful mystical shimmering wallpaper presenting a shoal of Mermaids
laughing and dancing their way around your walls. This is definitely one to transform your room into a work of art.
In addition if you’re lucky enough to have the luxury of a powder room, which is every woman’s dreams, then make it have the most impact. It is however probably another one of the smaller rooms in the house so you can afford to go bold and dramatic with statement pieces. These will surely get your guest talking.
is a beautiful geometric diamond shape pattern in a subtle green colour. It has a very 1930’s style creating an authentic and vintage feel. This is a very stylish design and suited perfectly to a ladies power room.
from Julien MacDonald
is a feminine flirty design with beautifully illustrated butterflies in a variety of colours. The butterflies sit on a contrasting pearl white background with a flurry of sparkly glitter. It is a very glamorous design and would sit perfectly on the walls of your girly emporium.
These rooms are often only used briefly but they are ideal to be a dramatic on trend statement room to wow your guests as they freshen up.
